If someone had asked me three years ago, when I was in the middle of my Honours undergraduate degree in Behavioural Science, which Music Manager was at the very top of my bucket list to interview, the answer would have been Simon Napier-Bell hands down!

So posting this interview today feels a little surreal.

For anyone who wants to truly understand a craft, I think the wisest stories come from people who have lived through decades of experience. Being able to speak with Simon about the many layers of the music industry and hear his perspective across so many eras is something I won’t forget.
