As humans we are spawned
   individual entities ensconced
       in mountainous terrains
  although cemented in the Earth
      over time
    weathered trauma
        broken and patched pieces
    of “Wtf? Did I imagine that scenario?”
        haunt the covert status
      of cognitive emotions

   Asteroids collide
       hail the size of baseball’s
    smash into our delicate edges
       life carves us
          from massive and obstructive
   to something small heavily weighted
      beyond the pound og flesh
           of what we are
   although pebbles can be easily
      discarded without a thought
          they genuinely hold
      the key to the lock
         of comprehension

Why pain exists
     why some crack
      and others
    are made whole through torment
  black and gold
       adoration and demise
            truth and lies

    Truly consequential!
