Welcome to my Part 2, with Giovanni Dominici. In this interview, we discuss his journey as a guitarist. If you were impressed by the age Giovanni began his sound journey, you are going to be more so with the fact that he picked up his first guitar, six years of age; it should be noted that it was a classic guitar with nylon strings. Although the type of guitar may have changed over the years, the moment he picked one up, it was NEVER put down. His passion for music has driven him to play with a variety of bands and artists; and, he even made an appearance on a TV talent show in Italy. Giovanni has been sharing his love for music as a teacher for many years working with students of all ages in different schools and encouraging them to follow their fondness for music. In 2016, Giovanni made the bold move from Italy to London to study music performance at ICMP; where he earned a BA Hons 1st Class in Performance and Music Composition, literally taking his skills to the next level. Giovanni has a unique skill set as a teacher and performer which continues to inspire him and those who he works with.
