Enter stage right, drama  
    enter stage left, man who caused 
enter centre stage, the disappearance 
    of drama when said man is removed 

       Have you ever truly desired 
  an eternal sunshine of the spotless mind 
     a specific entity from your mind 
  all happy memories annihilated 
   with a strong force of sentiment 
      that is empirical when brought 
   to the forefront of a mind in denial 
 individuals truly are obtuse 
     a point that offer tranquility 
        in the middle of a tsunami 
   the type of calm 
      that could never exist 
  with certain souls 
   on the same pathway 

Optics open wide 
   with the slight sliver of light 
that awakens an unsteady slumber 
  torrent of rage, quiets 
     morphed pain, colludes with tranquility 
  and the frustration that once existed 

   poof disappeared, 
      to never be experienced 
  with the grace of serendipity 
    and the manor in which 
 extraction is severe 

    My white dress, now spackled 
 with shades of crimson and charcoal 
    the innocence upon my “beautiful soul”
      screams against the falsehoods 
          echoed in the name
     of abandonment 
        now to banishment 

   Breath once again 
  engages in a body 
    the in and exhales 
 in the beat of quarter notes 
   a steady drum 
  strong, confident, and unafraid 
     when the absence 
  of the court jester 
     is removed 
  with a giant hook 
    with a pointed end
