Life affords important difficult conversations which grew from horrible human atrocities throughout time. Infinite blood has been spilt all over the globe. Kevin Zoldan shares his thoughts on his comic noir Kitty Bordello, which takes place in Berlin; based on a true story of coercion, resilience, and femininity. Comics evolved to share dark themes; the darker the theme the stronger the victory when the heroes are victorious. Side note, that being said, last week, I watched a Stan Lee documentary, he discussed how comics involved stories with Nazi’s vs Earth’s most formidable heroes. This creates a sense of VERY distinct differences between Super Heroes and Villains. How the validity of a specific dialogue must be incredibly convincing between both domains of immense opposition; to especially note superheroes battle in the name of all things justice. I think dialogues from the past are important to highlight & NEVER forget; that includes stories of stolen lava rocks and Pele’s response to them.
