It is quite remarkable how the universe really twists and turns to manifest things that were meant to be. This interview with Laura Westcott has been literally in the works for the last two years. I am not unfamiliar to Laura, I fell in love with her voice the moment I heard her perform Metamorphosis, live at The Bedford; which we discuss throughout our interview and the impact of Metamorphosis and what it genuinely means to Laura. Laura’s story is one that is filled with immense resilience and strong message of self-care and appreciation, regardless of where life may take us. I think, this podcast gave me the reminder that I needed to genuinely slow down and appreciate the smaller things when the large things are so weighted with trepidation and annoyance.
